Marcy oversees the business development and marketing activities for C&H. She works with each attorney to develop a personal marketing plan as well as a practice development plan. In addition to being responsible for implementation of business development directives, Marcy works closely with the Management Team in the strategic planning, resulting in the firm's upcoming marketing and business development initiatives. Recently, she has supervised the ongoing redevelopment of the C&H website, as well as the launch of a new C&H ad campaign.

In addition to personal and industry marketing, Marcy also addresses information requests from clients and potential clients, as well as requests for proposal. She is also the assistant to the Managing Partner, Scott Bell, and as such spent a year (1999-2000) outsourced along with Scott on a technology start-up.

Marcy is a member of the Legal Marketing Association (Puget Sound Chapter) and the American Marketing Association. In addition, she is an active participant in community organizations and sits on a number of non-profit boards, including those related to school, youth athletics and local publications.

Education: Barnard College, Columbia University; University of Washington.
