Sophia interviews and hires for all staff positions and coordinates the hiring process for law students and lateral attorneys alike. She works closely with C&H employees on personnel, staffing and work-flow issues, manages the firm's benefits administration, and supervises the orientation process for all new employees.

Education: B.A. in English (with a Film Studies minor), Oberlin College, Oberlin, OH, 1996; Member of the Association of Legal Administrators; Member of Seattle Area Legal Recruiting Administrators; and is SPHR certified through the Society for Human Resource Management.
