Greg Duff will be a panelist this year at the annual Hospitality Construction Expo held June 3-5 at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida. The Expo is part of the annual Commercial Construction Show put on by Connect 4 Success.

Lunchtime Lender Forum
On June 2nd, Cairncross & Hempelmann's Real Estate Group hosted a buffet lunch at Hotel 1000. Our goal was to put a panel of lenders on the hot seat to get answers to tough questions about the current lending environment, and expectations about where the capital markets are headed. We provided lunch and a forum for a free exchange of ideas, and the event was a smashing success.

Our own Diana Shukis will lead a presentation entitled Employment Law: Avoiding the Big Ones, at the Greater Puget Sound Hospitality Financial and Technology Professionals' March 20th meeting. Her presentation will be a practical guide to the do's and don'ts of dealing with personnel issues, outlining what every manager should know to keep good employees and avoid lawsuits.
