When Payroll Gets Personal

Creditors' Rights and Bankruptcy Practice Group Leader John Rizzardi and Associate Azar Koulibaly co-authored an article published in the April issue of the Turnaround Management Association's Journal of Corporate Renewal. The article, entitled "When Payroll Gets Personal - Executives, Directors Risk Personal Liability for Unpaid Wages," warns of the possibility of executive personal liability with regard to the nonpayment of employee wages. TMA is the premier professional community dedicated to corporate renewal and turnaround management. John served as TMA's International President from 2002-2003 and was International Chairman through 2004.
