Ana practices in the firm’s Commercial Litigation practice group. As a member of the firm’s Commercial Litigation group, Ana’s practice currently focuses primarily on dispute resolution of civil cases, including corporation and partnership disputes, real estate and construction litigation, insurance litigation and personal injury. She counsels clients on all aspects of the litigation process, including case strategy, risk evaluation and settlement strategies, and discovery and trial planning. She also conducts and defends depositions.

Ana arrives at Cairncross and Hempelmann via Peterson Young Putra. Recently, Ana participated in the King County Prosecutor’s Office trial fellow program, where she was a special deputy prosecutor in the economic crimes unit. While in law school, Ana was a judicial extern for the Washington State Supreme Court. She is a member of the Washington State, King and Pierce County Bar Associations, as well as a member of the Federal Bar for the Western District of Washington. She is a member of the Associated General Contractors of America and the Washington State Association for Justice.

Ana was born in Brasov, Romania. She moved to the United States with her family as a teenager and grew up in Burien, Washington. She speaks both Romanian and English fluently.
