Andrew is a member of the firm’s Bankruptcy & Creditors’ Rights and Corporate Finance & Business Transactions teams.  Andrew represents and advises a variety of clients with regard to financial restructuring, loan transactions, and related business matters.  He also represents creditors, debtors, trustees and committees in commercial bankruptcy cases and other insolvency proceedings. Andrew frequently represents court-appointed receivers in managing and liquidating assets for the benefit of creditors and equity holders.

Examples of recent and ongoing work include:
  • Representing purchaser of motor coach charter business from Chapter 7 debtor
  • Representing Chapter 11 debtor in restructuring several million dollars in debt to allow her to expand her winery and hospitality business
  • Representing state court receivers appointed with managing and liquidating a wide range of assets, including a marine crane business, gas stations, a window manufacturing business, and an intellectual property portfolio
  • Representing secured lenders in financing transactions and foreclosure proceedings
