Jonathan brings nearly 20 years of experience in the high tech industries to his corporate finance and business practice. He joins CH&, of Counsel, after working at a boutique Seattle law firm serving biotechnology and high tech clients. He was a member of a Silicon Valley angel venture capital fund, making early stage investments in promising start-ups and providing expertise and assistance to their business enterprises. Prior to that time, he has served as general counsel of NASDAQ-listed biotechnology companies and several highly technical software companies. In addition to his extensive experience in negotiating, managing strategic projects and getting deals done, Jonathan has a wide-range of experiences in counseling C-level corporate management on a variety of legal and strategic issues. His core competencies include representing emerging and growth companies in biotechnology, medical technology, health informatics and software with formation, financing, mergers & acquisitions, licensing and strategic collaborations.
