In a typical year, we handle hundreds of millions of dollars in corporate transactions. Because of our size, lean staffing and an understanding of the core components of transactions, C&H's corporate finance lawyers are equally adept at transactions valued at $1 million and those valued in the hundreds of millions. This capability is valued both by small business owners who can’t have legal fees eat into their retirement planning and by the largest corporations in the area who won’t stand for overlawyering.
