To find the best employers, the Puget Sound Business Journal asks readers to nominate their own or other companies. The employees of the nominated companies then complete an online survey about their employer. Companies are then ranked according to their composite scores. The top twenty scoring organizations in each of four categories (non-profit agency; small, medium and large companies) are considered "Washington's Best Workplaces" and are honored at a special celebration at Safeco Field in Seattle. The greatest benefit of the survey is the confidential feedback we get from our employees, which enables us to continually improve and meet their changing needs.
Of course, awards are great, but we like to think the day-to-day experience of working here is even better. Some of our staff members have been here since our firm’s early days. There’s a reason for that longevity -- we treat each other like family, and we work very hard to ensure people treat one another with fairness and respect.
