Docketing and Records Management Coordinator
We are seeking a full-time Docketing and Records Management Coordinator, responsible for maintaining firm-wide docketing as well as records management and document destruction. This position will provide comprehensive calendaring services to the firm to facilitate compliance with firm calendaring policies and processes and minimize risk of missed court and agency deadlines. This position requires the ability to work well under pressure and time constraints; an in-depth knowledge of court rules and procedures within the various court jurisdictions; and the ability to analyze, summarize and present issues that require leadership attention. This position also coordinates document retention and destruction by following our records management processes through the use of a tracking system.
The successful candidate will have at least 2 years’ experience in docketing/high volume calendar management and records management; the ability to apply organizing strategies to ensure calendaring requirements are appropriately prioritized and resources are used effectively and efficiently; the ability to set priorities with minimum level of direct supervision; proficiency in ProLaw, Elite, and Microsoft Office Suite products, or comparable software.
