CH& Partner Aditi Paranjpye Speaks at NCBJ 2024 Annual Conference

CH& Partner Aditi Paranjpye served as a panelist today at the National Conference of Bankruptcy Judges (NCBJ) 2024 Conference, discussing sensitivity to ethics within the bankruptcy bench and practice.

The NCBJ promotes the interests of US Bankruptcy Judges generally; utilizes their expertise on issues of bankruptcy law and procedure to improve the administration of the bankruptcy system; fosters scholarship, collegiality, and diversity among members of the bankruptcy bench and bar; and provides opportunities for education and networking for bankruptcy judges and the bankruptcy community at large.
