CH& Attorneys Attend CREW’s Dexter Yard in SLU – A BioMed Realty Mixed-Use Office and Research Development Luncheon

The Dexter Yard building is currently scheduled to open in late 2020 in the South Lake Union neighborhood.  The 15-story, 500K SF building at 700 Dexter Ave. N is designed as a tech office, life science laboratory and office space, including 25K SF of ground-floor retail space.
