Bisnow’s “Seattle Healthcare” forum led by Land Use attorney Nancy Bainbridge Rogers

Healthcare, real estate, and other industry professionals gathered this morning at Bisnow’s “Seattle Healthcare” forum to learn more about the future of health care services, the current economics of healthcare, and the development of medical office buildings facilities.

CH& attorney, Nancy Bainbridge Rogers moderated the panel “Macro-Economics and the Future of Healthcare.”  Her discussion focused on two of Seattle’s premier healthcare systems: Dr. Guy Hudson, CEO of Swedish Health Services; and Suzanne Anderson, President of Virginia Mason.  Together they discussed today’s economic challenges in healthcare, new innovation within healthcare systems, and how healthcare facility design and construction is currently shaping the patient/provider experience.

When asked about what they would like to see happen with healthcare and real estate in the future, both Dr. Guy Hudson and Suzanne Anderson agreed that they would like it to be more affordable.

CH& is proud to have assisted in this morning’s discussions on building healthier and more efficient healthcare facilities for the Pacific Northwest.
