Cairncross & Hempelmann attorney Nancy Bainbridge Rogers attends NAIOP’s September Breakfast “Will 2020 be the Year of Constraints?”  This breakfast will host a panel of experts who have insight on rising costs due to labor shortages, raw materials and land scarcity; effects of new regulations including REET, rent control, zoning, permitting, and condo liability reform; growth, capital and interest rates; new opportunity zone impacts; and what the future looks like locally and compared with national survey results.

NAIOP, the Commercial Real Estate Development Association, is the leading organization for developers, owners and related professionals in office, industrial and mixed-use real estate. Nancy is an active member of NAIOP and was the Co-Chair of NAIOP’s Washington State Chapter Government Affairs Committee from 2014-2018.
