Jennifer Faubion Recently Appointed to Turnaround Management Association’s Global Board of Trustees

social-media---board-of-trustees.pngCH& attorney Jennifer Faubion was recently appointed to a two-year term on Turnaround Management Association’s (TMA) Global Board of Trustees, an appointment that recognizes her commitment to clients affected by insolvency or financial distress.  Jennifer is pleased with the appointment and excited to begin her new role with TMA Global.

As a part of the firm’s Bankruptcy and Creditors’ Rights group, Jennifer’s practice focuses on receiverships, restructurings and commercial bankruptcies. She has extensive experience in representing receivers, secured creditors, trade creditors, distressed debt purchasers, asset purchasers and debtors in financially complex state court receiverships and other insolvency situations.

TMA, established in 1988, is the only international nonprofit association dedicated to corporate renewal and turnaround management.  With international headquarters in Chicago, TMA has 49 worldwide chapters, including 32 in North America, and over 9,000 members including turnaround practitioners, attorneys, accountants, investors, lenders, venture capitalists, appraisers, liquidators, executive recruiters and consultants.
