Lindsey Pflugrath Selected as a Fellow for the Construction Lawyers Society of America

Seattle, Washington – Cairncross and Hempelmann (“CH&”) announces that attorney, Lindsey M. Pflugrath, has been selected as a Fellow of the Construction Lawyers Society of America (“CLSA”).  Ms. Pflugrath is a member of the firm’s construction litigation practice and has devoted her legal career to understanding and mitigating the risks faced by design and construction professionals.  Her clients include owners, owner’s representatives, contractors, international multi-disciplinary design firms, as well as local engineering and architecture firms.

The CLSA is an invitation-only international honorary association composed of preeminent lawyers specializing in construction law and related fields.  Fellowship is highly selective, with total membership limited to 1,200 practicing Fellows across the world.  Fellows are invited based on a proven record of excellence and accomplishment in construction law at both the trial and appellate levels.  The CLSA is dedicated to promoting superior advocacy and ethical standards in construction law and fostering a scholarly and advanced exchange of ideas in all practices related to the specialty.

Ms. Pflugrath’s work has earned her several distinguished titles and roles in notable organizations such as the American Institute of Architects, and the Seattle Architecture Foundation, where she serves as the President and on the Board of Directors.  Ms. Pflugrath has been recognized as a Rising Star by SuperLawyers for five consecutive years.
