Facilities & Events Manager

We are currently seeking a full-time Facilities & Events Manager. Duties include: coordinating services with vendors, furniture inventory & ordering, arranging facilities maintenance, coordinating with Marketing, HR, and attorneys to plan internal and external events, and other tasks essential to the smooth functioning of the firm. This position leads a team in ensuring facilities and events are organized and ready for day-to-day operations. Prior facilities and/or event planning experience is preferred, as well as effective supervisory experience. You must be responsible, professional, flexible, collaborative, and detail-oriented. This is an exempt, salaried position, working Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, with occasional evening or weekend hours.
