Office Clerk / Part-Time

Monday-Friday, 2:00-6:00 PM

We have an entry-level opening for a part-time Office Clerk who is professional, reliable, and detail-oriented and who enjoys working in a motivating, fast-paced environment with a dynamic team! This position is part-time, 20 hours per week with a set schedule, from 2:00-6:00 PM Monday through Friday, with occasional later hours to assist in cleaning up afterhours events.  Duties include: customer service, stocking, cleaning, handling mail, reception relief, supply inventory, conference room set-up/tear down and other tasks essential to the smooth functioning of the firm. This position may also assist with overflow administrative duties from our other legal staff.  Must have the ability to lift 25 pounds, routinely go up and down stairs, and be on your feet most of the day.
