As Cairncross & Hempelmann’s Director of Business Development & Marketing, Cathy enjoys strategizing and implementing effective business development campaigns.  Cathy works closely with a talented Executive Team to achieve the goals of each attorney, practice group, and industry group.  Additionally, Cathy manages the firm’s external branding, client relationship services, and communications.

With over a decade of business development and marketing experience in Seattle’s legal community, Cathy brings creativity, a bias for action, and an entrepreneurial spirit to all of her projects.  Cathy is a strong proponent of collaboration and open communication, which is integral to CH&’s culture.
