Ren Lis

Human Resources Manager

As Cairncross & Hempelmann’s Human Resources Manager, Ren works closely with all attorneys and staff to foster a strong and supportive company culture.  She develops and manages the firm’s human resources policies and procedures including benefits packages, performance management, employee relations and career development.  Ren is a member of the Cairncross & Hempelmann Diversity Team where she guides the firm’s initiatives to support diversity, equity and inclusion.

Ren earned her Strategic HR Leadership Post-Graduate Certificate from Cornell University.  She is also a Certified Scrum Master and has been trained in leadership, coaching and managing cross-functional teams.
