Jessica L. Roe

Jessica is a member of the CH& Land Use practice group.  Her practice focuses on the land use entitlement process throughout the state of Washington.  She advises clients regarding state environmental laws, local zoning codes, historic preservation laws, and housing affordability requirements.  Jessica’s experience also includes assisting clients in litigation and administrative appeals of land use decisions.

Jessica earned her J.D. from the Seattle University School of Law in 2017.  While attending law school she served as a Law Clerk in the Washington State Attorney General’s Office.  Jessica has prior experience in political advocacy and fundraising.
