Jonathan D. Tebbs

Jon is a member of our firm’s Litigation practice group, focusing on commercial litigation.  In addition to handling business disputes in state and federal courts, his broad experience covers appellate, securities, antitrust, trade secrets, and products liability litigation. 

Jon has also represented financial institutions in a variety of civil matters, including consumer class actions and arbitrations, mortgage foreclosures and related litigation, and regulatory compliance.  He is well-versed on the federal and state statutes affecting the industry such as the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, and Fair Credit Reporting Act.

Jon received his J.D. from the University of Alabama School of Law in 2014.  While in law school, he was a Campbell Moot Court Board Member, a Dean’s Scholar, and an Executive Editor and Managing Board Member of the Alabama Law Review.
