Nicole R. Springstroh

Attorney

Nicole is a member of the Bankruptcy and Creditors’ Rights practice group, where she represents clients in a broad range of insolvency and restructuring matters including bankruptcy, receivership, foreclosure, and commercial litigation in state and federal courts. Nicole is skilled at drafting and analyzing state and federal court pleadings, corporate organizational documents, loan agreements, and contracts. Her work also includes negotiation and documentation in various insolvency proceedings and out-of-court workouts. Nicole brings focus and determination to each project, and clients benefit from her attention to detail, clear communication, and her practical solutions designed to fit her clients’ needs.

Nicole earned her J.D. from the University of Washington School of Law with pro bono honors in 2019. Nicole gained valuable legal experience through her work with the Washington Innocence Project Clinic (formerly the Innocence Project Northwest) and through her role as Cairncross & Hempelmann’s 2018 Summer Associate.

Prior to her legal career, Nicole worked with several agencies providing social services to youth and families and was an advocate for victims’ rights.
