Parisa Sajjadi

Attorney

Parisa works with our firm’s Corporate, Bankruptcy, and Litigation practice groups.  She provides sound legal advice and counsel by quickly and efficiently producing detail-oriented work for individuals and businesses throughout the region.

Her corporate practice focuses on entity structuring and formation, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial contracts.  Parisa’s bankruptcy and litigation experience includes legal research, strategy development, and preparing pleadings and motions.

Prior to joining CH&, Parisa was employed for seven years at T‑Mobile, Inc., where she worked as both a frontline employee, gaining an extensive sales background, and as a legal intern, further developing her legal skillset. As a result, she understands unique business objectives and has the ability to analyze situations from multiple perspectives, including that of a company, its employees, and its consumers.

Parisa received her J.D. from the Seattle University School of Law in 2018.  During law school, Parisa was awarded the Trustee Law Scholarship for all semesters attended and earned the CALI Award for achieving the highest grade in Legal Research, Analysis, and Writing.

Outside of work, Parisa spends most of her time helping out on her family’s farm and trail riding quads. While Parisa also enjoys dancing, bungee jumping, and axe throwing, her definition of a perfect day is one spent with her nieces and nephew.
