Parisa Sajjadi

Attorney

As a member of our firm’s corporate practice group, Parisa assists individuals and businesses throughout the region with wide-ranging corporate matters. Her practice includes entity structuring and formation, governance, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial contracts. Parisa’s efficient and detail-oriented approach to law allows her to provide sound legal advice to both emerging and rapidly growing companies. Parisa also assists non-profit organizations navigate the complexities of achieving tax-exempt status and establishing approved governance.

Prior to joining CH&, Parisa worked at T-Mobile for seven years during her undergraduate and graduate studies. During this time, she worked as both a frontline employee, gaining an extensive sales background, and as a legal intern, further developing her legal skillset. As a result, she understands unique business objectives and has the ability to analyze complex issues from multiple perspectives, including that of a company, its employees, and its consumers.

In addition to her corporate practice, Parisa augments our firm’s bankruptcy and litigation practice groups. Parisa’s bankruptcy and litigation experience includes strategic legal analysis and preparation of key documentation and pleadings. Drawing on her experience from a broad range of disciplines, Parisa provides proactive and pragmatic legal counsel across all aspects of her practice to advocate for the rights of clients and to mitigate any risks.
