Tony K. Nguyen

Tony is a member of the firm’s dynamic corporate law practice group, as well as an integral part of our real estate finance practice. He focuses his practice on corporate business and real estate finance transactions. In his business practice, Tony advises West Coast technology companies in a broad range of corporate transactions, including venture capital and convertible debt financing, commercial/IP agreements, general corporate matters and buy-and-sell mergers and acquisitions. In his real estate finance practice, Tony assists in structuring and forming real estate ventures, including construction loans, private lending, syndications and real estate private equity funds. He also advises in real estate acquisitions and sales.

Tony’s corporate clients include technology companies in industries spanning software, hardware, internet, cloud and mobile. He also advises venture capital and angel investors in connection with their portfolio investments. Tony’s real estate clients include developers, investors and fund syndicators and managers.

Tony earned his J.D. from the University of Washington School of Law. While in law school, Tony interned at the Securities and Exchange Commission. He is licensed to practice law in Washington and California.
