Paralegal
Marissa is a paralegal for Cairncross & Hempelmann’s Litigation team. She supports the group with all aspects of case management from inception through resolution. Marissa drafts and edits pleadings, legal memoranda, motions, as well as discovery requests and responses. She also has deep knowledge of all phases of litigation, including e-discovery management and analysis. Marissa assists attorneys preparing for depositions, hearings, arbitrations, and trials, in addition to aiding them in the courtroom. She finds obtaining stellar results for the firm’s clients to be the most rewarding aspect of her job.
