- Represented large publisher in procurement of ad management platform that interfaced with multiple third-party systems such as Google’s DoubleClick for Publishers.
- Negotiated data license agreement for automotive parts database from Form Motor Company.
- Developed forms for onboarding business customers for an online SaaS startup company.
- Negotiated a payment processing agreement for a small startup company in the financial industry.
