All full-time employees are eligible for the following benefits:

Medical/Vision Insurance

We have a robust PPO plan through Premera and the firm covers the employee premium.

Voluntary Dental Insurance

Employee has the option of purchasing dental insurance for self, spouse, and/or dependents.

Health Reimbursement Account Plan

Reimbursement of up to $375 per quarter for out-of-pocket medical and dental expenses.

Cafeteria Plan

Use pretax dollars for dependent care assistance (such as daycare), dependent health care premiums and excess medical expenses via salary reduction and reimbursement.

Life/AD&D Insurance

The firm covers the premium for employee term life and AD&D insurance.

Long-Term Disability Insurance

The firm covers the premium for employee long-term disability insurance.

Whole Life with Long-Term Care Rider

The firm covers the premium for whole life insurance with a long-term care rider. Additional coverage may be purchased by the employee.

Retirement Plan

The firm’s retirement plan consists of a traditional 401(k) Plan with a 25% match, and a Profit Sharing Plan.

Time Off
