  We are seeking a Senior Commercial Litigation Attorney with real estate litigation, business disputes and complex contracts, construction litigation, design professional liability claims, and policyholders’ insurance coverage in state and federal court experience.

• SENIOR CONSTRUCTION LITIGATION ATTORNEY
  We are seeking a Senior Construction Litigation Attorney with procurement-related issues, contract administration, risk management, dispute avoidance, construction and design defects, and bid protests experience.

• BANKRUPTCY AND CREDITORS’ RIGHTS ASSOCIATE
  We are seeking a Bankruptcy and Creditors’ Rights Associate with at least 5 years of experience in commercial bankruptcy and creditors’ rights.

• ACCOUNTING SPECIALIST/ACCOUNTS PAYABLE/BENEFITS
