Aurelia focuses her practice on advising private and public companies in complex corporate transactions, including M&A transactions, divestitures, commercial contracts, and corporate governance matters.
Her cross-border experience allows Aurelia to counsel a wide assortment of both foreign and domestic clients in their strategic business transactions while focusing on tax-efficiency and securities compliance. Aurelia works with clients in a wide variety of industries, including consumer goods, software, technology, and manufacturing. Prior to landing in Seattle, Aurelia practiced as a corporate associate at Jones Day in Cleveland, Ohio.
