  • Represented Axio Research, LLC, a provider of biostatistics and data management services, in its merger with a subsidiary of Cytel Inc., a clinical trial company
  • Represented the Hest Corporation, a company designing recreational outdoor equipment, in its series seed financing round
  • Assisted Phoenix Central Laboratory, a full service veterinary diagnostic laboratory in the Pacific Northwest, with its corporate governance matters, including compiling annual shareholder meeting materials
  • Represented Kane Environmental Remediation, LLC, an environmental remediation company operating in California, Oregon and Washington, in its formation and funding
