Attorney
Aušra is a member of the CH& Real Estate group. Her practice focuses on commercial real estate transactions, including sales and acquisitions, leasing, sale-leasebacks, financing, and development. She has experience working on affordable housing projects involving low-income housing tax credits, tax-exempt bond financing, and state and local funding.
Aušra regularly prepares and negotiates transactional documents on behalf of sellers, buyers, landlords, tenants, borrowers, and lenders. She also advises renewable energy developers on matters involving project financing, purchase and lease options, easement rights, and due diligence.
Before joining the firm, Aušra completed a secondment with an international renewable energy company, where she worked closely with in-house counsel and business professionals on wind and solar energy development projects.
