Attorney
As a member of the CH& Bankruptcy & Creditors’ Rights practice team, Bruce represents clients in and out of court proceedings in a broad array of insolvency, banking, corporate finance, loan enforcement, and other debt restructuring and distressed finance matters. He regularly counsels institutional lenders, borrowers, receivers, trustees and other interested parties in identifying, adopting and executing strategic measures necessary to protect and enforce their rights and interests in crisis situations. He also represents such parties in receiverships, bankruptcies, litigation and other court or administrative proceedings, including foreclosures, Article 9 sales, loan enforcement actions, inter-creditor disputes and various other investigative and enforcement matters commonly arising in insolvency matters. Bruce has a breadth of experience in representing the various parties and constituencies affected by corporate finance issues. That broad and varied experience has proven to be invaluable in fashioning effective solutions and maximizing recoveries for his clients.
