As a member of CH&’s Land Use and Litigation practice groups, Christine’s diverse practice spans complex commercial litigation, land use, construction litigation and surety, contract review, real estate litigation and transactions, and appellate work. Christine’s clients include both public and private entities, and they turn to her for counsel and advocacy on all facets of dispute resolution and risk management—from due diligence, contract drafting and review, and negotiations to mediation, trial/arbitration, and appeals. In providing effective and efficient legal services for her clients, Christine draws on over a decade of experience as a litigator handling complex and high-value domestic and international matters, as well as her experience as corporate counsel for a major global company located in Seoul, Korea overseeing multi-million and multi-billion dollar projects.
