As a member of CH&’s Litigation practice group, Josh provides his clients with effective, meaningful, and realistic strategies to handle their complex matters. He has a wide range of litigation experience in both Federal and State court. Josh started his career as an Assistant District Attorney for the State of Alaska where he gained valuable trial experience. After relocating to Seattle, he has focused his career on complex commercial and civil litigation.
