As a member of the CH& Litigation practice group, Josh’s practice focuses on general commercial litigation. Josh has experience representing clients in landlord/tenant disputes, complex business disputes, personal injury matters, professional liability, intellectual property, real estate purchase and sale disputes, antitrust litigation, and litigation involving cannabis companies.
While attending law school, Josh received CALI Awards for Contracts and Legal Writing. He also served as the Executive Managing Editor of the Washington Law Review and participated in the UW Tribal Defense Clinic.
