Attorney
As a member of CH&’s Business team, Kristijonas focuses his practice on corporate and securities law. Kris works with clients in a variety of industries and at every stage of the company lifecycle, from inception to exit, providing counsel on entity formation, corporate governance, regulatory and securities law compliance, venture capital financings, and mergers and acquisitions.
Prior to joining CH&, Kris was a corporate attorney at a prominent international law firm, where he advised technology, life sciences, and emerging growth companies in corporate and securities law matters through all stages of growth.
Before entering private practice, Kris served as a nuclear-trained submarine officer in the United States Navy aboard the USS Henry M. Jackson (SSBN-730). He continues his service as a Judge Advocate in the United States Navy Reserve, bringing a disciplined, practical, solutions-focused approach to his legal practice.
