Maria Y. Hodgins

As a member of CH&’s Litigation practice group, Maria’s practice focuses on labor and employment law and general litigation. She represents public and private employers in all areas of labor relations and employment, including employment discrimination, wrongful termination, and class and collective actions involving claims of state and federal wage and hour law violations. Maria also maintains a robust pro bono practice with a focus on civil rights matters and clemency requests.
