Michael M. Feinberg

Attorney

As a member of the CH& Bankruptcy & Creditors’ Rights practice team, Michael’s practice focuses on loan workouts, creditors’ rights and bankruptcies. He represents debtors, trustees and creditors’ committees in complex Chapter 11 reorganizations and trustees in Chapter 7 liquidations. His practice also involves representing borrowers and lenders in finance transactions.

Michael also has extensive experience in real estate foreclosures, commercial paper and commercial litigation involving banking, including lender liability. He has represented the special assets departments of many state and national banks in connection with distressed loans and has extensive experience representing businesses commercial collection matters.
