Nathan is a member of CH&’s Real Estate practice group. He has extensive real estate experience and has been licensed as a real estate broker in both Washington and Idaho. He is a graduate of the University of Washington and the University of Washington School of Law. Nathan’s legal work focuses on commercial real estate transactions, including land acquisition, commercial development, and both single and multifamily residential development. His experience working as a commercial real estate broker, commercial title underwriter, and legal counsel for buyers, sellers and developers helps guide clients through complex commercial transactions. Nathan has in-depth experience with Washington community associations including the creation and management of condominium associations and HOAs.
