With over two decades of experience, Susan advises her clients on a variety of complex business transactions with an emphasis on technology and intellectual property transactions. Specializing in strategic procurement and services agreements, Susan works with clients ranging from early stage startups to well-established companies in addition to non-profits and governmental agencies.
