Attorney
Taylor is a member of the CH& Land Use practice group. Her practice focuses on the land use and real estate components of complex development projects across Washington. Taylor assists clients from the start of diligence and feasibility to final project approvals. In addition to working through permitting, entitlement, and regulatory challenges, Taylor supports and advises clients through appeals and other project disputes. Her experience includes representing commercial real estate clients in acquiring, selling, and leasing properties.
During law school, Taylor worked as a student at the Fred T. Korematsu Center for Law and Equality and as a law clerk at the Washington State Office of the Attorney General in the Natural Resources Division. Before her legal career, Taylor was a consultant on transportation and wastewater projects in the Seattle area, including a Washington State Department of Transportation mega project.
