Troy Hatfield

Troy’s practice is focused on construction law and complex commercial litigation. Troy assists clients of all sizes in all phases of case development. Inquisitive and diligent by nature, Troy takes the time to ask the right questions to truly get to know his clients and their goals. Troy completed his J.D. and M.B.A. simultaneously, giving him a unique perspective on the challenges facing businesses and the corporate legal landscape. He leverages this insight to give his clients sound legal advice that mitigates risk and is informed by business realities.

Troy often draws on his previous experience, having externed for Judge Robert J. Bryan in the U.S. District Court and worked in regulatory compliance, public records law, employment, and complex commercial litigation. He has also done research and contract review for a Seattle-based global asset manager.
