Paralegal
Amanda is a paralegal for Cairncross & Hempelmann’s Business team. Amanda assists with formation, maintenance and dissolution of business entities in Washington, Delaware and other jurisdictions, and drafts a variety of business and capitalization documents. She supports the team in securities compliance reviews and submission of securities filings. Amanda also works regularly with the digital equity management platform, Carta, creating and maintaining capitalization tables online, and has earned Carta’s Certified Expert status. She uses her sound judgment, strong organizational skills and digital cap savvy to support the CH& Business attorneys and clients.
