Paralegal
Rose is a paralegal for Cairncross & Hempelmann’s Real Estate team with over 20 years of legal experience in both real estate and corporate law. She supports the team in all aspects of commercial property acquisitions, dispositions and financings including the drafting, review and interpretation of letters of intent, purchase and sale agreements, option agreements, leases, loan documents, transactional documents, and various ancillary agreements. Rose has facilitated the successful closings of multi-million dollar real property transactions including purchases, sales, lease acquisitions, refinancings and dispositions. In addition to her real estate knowledge, Rose possesses a very strong knowledge of corporate law and prepares, files and searches UCCs, forms and maintains entities, and obtains state and local business licenses including various professional licenses and liquor licenses.
