On April 11, 2018, Seattle Mayor Jenny Durkan signed legislation authorizing Seattle City Light to enter into long-term energy conservation contracts for up to 30 commercial buildings using the innovative Metered Energy Efficiency Transaction Structure (“MEETS”).
