CH& Announces New Principal John W. Gregory

Cairncross & Hempelmann is pleased to announce John W. Gregory as its newest partner, effective January 1, 2019.  “Over the years, John has demonstrated the legal and personal skills needed to be a successful attorney and has demonstrated a strong commitment to providing outstanding service to our clients.  We look forward to his continued success in his practice as part of the CH& team,” said Matt Hanna, Managing Partner.

After receiving his Juris Doctorate degree from Willamette University College of Law in 2006, John continued on to the University of Washington School of Law where he received his LL.M. (Master of Laws degree) in Intellectual Property Law & Policy.  In 2015, John joined the CH& Corporate Finance & Business Transactions practice group as an associate and has since then further developed his practice of representing emerging and established companies in all phases of their life-cycle, including formation, financing, employment and contractor matters, commercial agreements, and merger and acquisition transactions.
