Cairncross & Hempelmann is pleased to welcome Marika G. Mikuriya to the firm’s Business practice group.

Marika works closely with clients to structure, negotiate, and manage commercial agreements that support their business operations while effectively managing legal and strategic risk. Her practice includes drafting and negotiating a wide variety of commercial contracts, including software development, licensing, and technology-related agreements. Marika also advises on intellectual property and privacy aspects of asset and stock purchase and sale transactions. She partners with clients across industries and stages of growth, drawing upon her past experience as in-house counsel and as a corporate attorney at an international law firm to deliver pragmatic, business-focused solutions that align with clients’ broader strategic objectives.
