Cairncross & Hempelmann Welcomes Michelle K. Brito

Cairncross & Hempelmann is pleased to welcome Michelle K. Brito to the firm’s Business practice group. Michelle joins the firm as part of a strategic growth plan that has a key focus on providing highly-integrated, relationship-based services.

Michelle assists clients with entity formation, contracts, employment matters, and day-to-day business needs. Prior to joining CH&, Michelle was an associate at the Milken Institute’s Center for Financial Markets (now known as Milken Institute Finance), where she identified strategies for infrastructure financing and co-managed an online platform. Michelle earned her J.D. from the University of Washington School of Law in 2025.
